Yes. Running arena canteens, rink concession stands, and recreation centre snack bars is our core business. We handle staffing, menus, stocking, food safety, and daily operations for hockey games, tournaments, public skating, and events. In Saskatchewan we run the concessions at Kinsmen Sportsplex and Pla-Mor Palace in Moose Jaw and at Pense Memorial Rink in Pense. In Alberta we run the concession at the Bob Snodgrass Recreation Complex in High River. We cater events in Moose Jaw and across southern Saskatchewan.
Most partnerships are a rental or operating agreement with the facility owner.
